Wind Blows Through E's. Every Thursday August E's features a sushi and
Asian Fusion menu prepared by master sushi chef Andrew Angotti and Leu Savanh. All
ingredients are fresh and prime, so rest assured you will be served the very best.
The menu varies from week to week, based on what is in season and what is the freshest
that week. Andrew selects fish from Hawaii, the Mediterranian, and beyond.
